Steps to Reverse an MTN MoMo Transaction
1. Act Fast – Time is Critical
The sooner you report the error, the better your chances of a successful reversal. Don’t wait.
2. Dial MTN Customer Care: 100 or Use *165#
Option 1: Call MTN
